Champions with Disability

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Group registrations are accepted for the Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, and Champions with disability race categories. 
• Groups are requested to initiate their group registration request and payments before 27th Oct 2026 to ensure receipt. Click here for more details. 
• Registration requests will not be accepted for any race category that has reached its maximum capacity and for which registrations have already closed. 
• After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration online within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.
• Important: Entries will close as soon as the event reaches capacity. Participants are strongly encouraged to register early because slots are limited.
• Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 31st March 2027.  

Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the Champions with Disability on-ground Run participative category.

1. Online Group Registration Process, where the group/corporation is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.
   1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required, mentioning the group name and race categories.
   2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the SPOC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
   3. On making an online payment, SPOC is to share the online payment receipt on email: corporateregistration@procam.in  with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us at corporateregistration@procam.in. The deadline to request registration codes and make the payment is  <<Date to be mentioned>>
   4. Upon receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the SPOC’s email address. 
   5. The Tata Mumbai Marathon registration team will email SPOC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. Registration codes will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Registration codes not used within 7 days will be automatically deactivated. All registrants are to register here  using the registration codes issued by PIPL. 
   6. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2027. For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600. 
   7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Champions with Disability Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
   8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition and within 7 days of code issuance.
   10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision for refunding the individual payment or adding such participants to the group will be entertained. 

B. Online Group Registration Process, where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Champions with Disability Run race category, mentioning the group name.
2. The Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 registration team will email SPOC the common group registration code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common group registration code issued by PIPL within 7 days of code issuance and pay the applicable entry fee while registering.
4. Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using the registration code within 7 days of code issuance, for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
