<p>The TMM Legends Club unites all accomplished runners who have participated in the Marathon (42.195 km) race category of the <strong>Tata Mumbai Marathon 10 times or more, with all Marathon (42.195 km) completions </strong>up to the 20th edition of TMM.</p><p>Those who complete their 10th Marathon (42.195 km) at the 20th or the subsequent editions will be added to the Club subject to its rules and regulations. The dedication and passion for running truly sets these runners apart. This exclusive group of committed runners have achieved a significant milestone worthy of recognition. Their continuous participation serves as an inspiration and role model for other runners. These members will become Running Ambassadors in the active living community, giving us their precious feedback on runners’ aspirations and suggestions.</p>

<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li><strong>Qualification:</strong><ul><li>Runners who have successfully completed the Marathon (42.195 km) race category of the <strong>Tata Mumbai Marathon 10 times,</strong> within the official cut-off time of their respective TMM editions, wearing a valid bib, and have received a net finish time available online or a timing certificate confirming their successful race completion of each of those editions, will receive a confirmation mail by <strong>15<sup>th</sup> November 2024.</strong> This confirms their entry into the Club and guarantees their race entry for the 20<sup>th</sup> edition, subject to confirmation criteria and below mentioned cut off timing (point 3) of the race category.</li><li>The runner must complete their registration (for Marathon-42.195 km only) for the 20<sup>th</sup> edition by <strong>30<sup>th</sup> November 2024</strong> at the latest.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Subsequent Inductions:</strong><ul><li>Runners who finish their 10<sup>th</sup> Marathon (42.195 km only) at Tata Mumbai Marathon at the 20<sup>th</sup> or the subsequent editions will receive a confirmation email from the Registration Team, securing their entry into the Club and guaranteeing their race entry for the subsequent edition of the Tata Mumbai Marathon, subject to confirmation criteria and below mentioned cut off timing (point 3) of the race category of TMM 2026.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Cut Off Timings:</strong><ul><li>Runners completing their 10<sup>th</sup> Marathon (42.195 km) at or after the 20<sup>th</sup> edition must finish the run within the official cut off timings of under 6 hours 30 min.</li></ul></li></ol>

<p>Club members will enjoy the following benefits, subject to terms and conditions and internal policies of the Club which shall be subject to change from time to time:&nbsp;</p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li><strong>Special Running Number:</strong><ul><li>Choose and retain a special running number, subject to availability, as long as they continue participating in the Tata Mumbai Marathon in the Marathon (42.195 km) race category continuously, without a break.</li></ul></li><li><strong>TMM Legends Club Memento &amp; Cap:</strong><ul><li>A special memento and a specially designed cap will be presented to new members who successfully complete 10 races. The memento and the Cap will be presented to the members at the Expo and in case the members are not participating in Tata Mumbai Marathon post their induction into the Club, these will be dispatched to the address registered with Procam.</li><li>The Club will be divided into various distinct levels, based on the number of Marathons (42.195 Kms), a member has completed. Members who have completed 10-14 Marathons will be part of 1 Star Legends, members who have completed 15-19 Marathons will be part of 2 Star Legends and the members who have completed 20-24 Marathons will be part of 3 Star Legends.</li><li>The memento of each level will be distinguished from each other by the number of stars inscribed in it. Upon upgradation to the next level after completing the desired numbers of Marathons, the memento of the affected runner will also be upgraded.</li></ul></li><li><strong>TMM Legends Club Certificate:</strong><ul><li>An exclusive certificate will be presented to the members.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Specially Designed Bib:</strong><ul><li>Members will receive a uniquely designed Bib with a different palette that distinguishes them from the other participants, distributed at a dedicated counter at the Tata Mumbai Marathon Expo. This Bib will have a RFID tag and must be worn by the members on their chest while participating at Tata Mumbai Marathon.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Back Race Number:</strong><ul><li>Members will also receive a race number for the back, displaying their name and the number of completed races (Marathon, 42.195 km only) at the Tata Mumbai Marathon. Runners must wear a running bib with the RFID tag on their chest.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Wall of Fame:</strong><ul><li>Club members’ names will be displayed on a Wall of Fame at the Tata Mumbai Marathon Expo and Post Finish Area on the Race Day.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Roll of Honour:</strong><ul><li>Separate Rolls of Honour for males and females will be displayed on the event’s website and updated after each edition.</li></ul></li></ol>

<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li><strong>Confirmation and Registration:</strong><ul><li>Upon completing 10 Marathons (42.195 km), the successful runners will receive a confirmation email within 60 days of the race on their registered email id. No separate registration for the Club is required.</li><li>For subsequent editions, runners must individually apply for the event, adhere to all application rules, and pay applicable entry fees.</li><li>The registration &amp; confirmation of runners shall be subject to Procam’s policies updated from time to time.</li><li>Consistency of Registration Information: It is important to ensure that the name and date of birth provided during the registration process remain consistent across all editions. Any discrepancies in this information may result in ineligibility for the TMM Legends Club.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Non-transferable Rewards:</strong><ul><li>Rewards &amp; Services are exclusive to Club Members, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Special Running Number:</strong><ul><li>The chosen special number will be reserved for the runner (subject to availability) in the Marathon (42.195 km) race category, if the runner participates continuously, without a break. Missing an edition will release the reserved running number to Procam International.</li></ul></li><li><strong>On-ground Participation:</strong><ul><li>TMM Legends Club rewards and services are applicable for Marathon (42.195 km) race category of TMM on-ground races only. Participation via event app will not be considered for TMM Legends Club.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Eligibility:</strong><ul><li>Only runners residing in India are eligible for the rewards and services. Non-Resident Indians are also eligible for the rewards, however these will either have to be collected from the Expo or can be dispatched to an Indian address for which request will have to be mailed to <a href="mailto:tmmlegends@procam.in"><u>tmmlegends@procam.in</u></a>.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Amendments:</strong><ul><li>Procam reserves the right to amend the Club’s terms and conditions, policies from time to time. No requests for redemption for cash or kind shall be entertained.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Final Decision:</strong><ul><li>Procam’s decisions regarding Club membership shall be final and binding.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Consistency of Registration Information:</strong><ul><li>Registration details must remain consistent across all editions. Discrepancies may result in ineligibility.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Announcement of Members:</strong><ul><li>The list of new members of the club after each edition will be published within 30 days post-Race Day on the website with confirmation emails sent within 60 days of the race on their registered email id.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Inclusion Queries:</strong><ul><li>If, after completing 10 Marathons (42.195 km), a runner’s name is missing from the list, they must contact <a href="mailto:tmmlegends@procam.in"><u>tmmlegends@procam.in</u></a> within 30 days of the list’s publication with the relevant details.
