GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Early Bird Group Registrations

Starts on Tuesday, 8th September 2026, 7:00 AM IST

Ends on Wednesday, 9th September 2026, 11:59 PM IST, or as soon as all available running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

*Waitlist Group Registrations

Start on Tuesday, 17th November 2026, 7:00 AM IST

Ends on Sunday, 22nd November 2026, 11:59 PM IST, or earlier if all available running places are filled.

*Groups that are unable to secure running places during the Early Bird Group Registration window may be considered for registration through the Waitlist, subject to the availability of unutilized running places. Please note that, due to the event's strictly limited capacity, there is a high likelihood that the Dream Run Group Registration Waitlist may not open. 

OVERVIEW

Dream Run Group Registrations will be conducted in two phases:

• Early Bird Group Registration
• Waitlist Group Registration (subject to availability)

Groups are strongly encouraged to register during the Early Bird window to maximise their chances of securing running places. A limited number of running places will be available during this phase and will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Waitlist Group Registration window will open only if unutilised running places remain after the Early Bird registration phase.

ELIGIBILITY OF GROUP & GROUP SIZE

• Each group must consist of a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 100 participants.
• Entries with fewer than 20 or more than 100 participants from a single group/entity/association will not be accepted.
• The Group SPOC must submit a covering letter along with the PAN card of the company/group. Multiple group registrations under the same PAN card will not be accepted.

*Please note that the application fees applicable for groups participating in the Dream Run race category (on-ground) is INR 1400 per entry. However, in addition to the application fees, groups are required to contribute an amount for at least one TMM Green bib/ tree (INR 651) for every 5 entries submitted under the group.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

Registration Code & Payment Process

• Groups are requested to initiate their registration request and payment process from 11th August 2026 onwards to ensure payment is received by 5th September 2026, making them eligible for the Early Bird Group Registration window.
• Registration codes will be issued only after successful receipt of:
  • Registration Fees @INR 1400 per person (payable to Procam International) to be made in the following ways:
  •  Via cheque/DD in favour of “Procam International Pvt. Ltd.”
  •  NEFT payment to Procam International Pvt. Ltd.
  •  Pay via online link to Procam International Pvt. Ltd using Credit card/Debit Card/net banking/Wallet.
• TMM Green Bib contribution @INR 651 per 5 entries (payable to United Way Mumbai) to be made in the following ways:
  •  Via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai”
  • NEFT payment to United Way of Mumbai
  • Pay via online link to United Way of Mumbai

• Registration codes will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Group SPOC must share payment receipts at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in or corporateregistration@procam.in.
• Registration requests will not be accepted once the Dream Run race category reaches its maximum capacity.

Refund Policy

Unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the refundable amount.

• Early Bird Registration: Refunds will be processed by 20th September 2026.
• Waitlist Registration: Refunds will be processed by 28th February 2027.

EARLY BIRD GROUP REGISTRATION

The Early Bird Group Registration window provides groups with an opportunity to secure running places in the Dream Run category. A limited number of running places are available under this window and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Process

• Group SPOCs may initiate the payment process and request registration codes by writing to corporateregistration@procam.in from 11th August 2026 onwards.
• Registration codes will be issued only after successful receipt of the Registration Fee and TMM Green Bib contribution and on first come first served basis.
• The Group SPOC must share payment receipts at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in or corporateregistration@procam.in. 
• After receiving the registration codes, participants must complete their online registration via the link between 8th and 9th September 2026.
• Registration codes not used within this period will be automatically deactivated.
• Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 20th September 2026

Important: Registrations will close immediately once the event reaches capacity. Participants are encouraged to complete their registrations at the earliest, as running places are limited.

WAITLIST GROUP REGISTRATION  

Groups that are unable to secure running places during the Early Bird Group Registration window may be offered an opportunity to register through the Waitlist Group Registration window, subject to the availability of unutilised running places.

• The Waitlist Group Registration window will open only if unutilised running places remain available after the Early Bird registration phase.
• No advance payment will be collected from waitlisted groups until their running places are confirmed.
• Once running places are allocated, the groups on the wait list will be notified with detailed instructions regarding payment and the registration process.
• After payment is received and the registration codes are issued, registrants must complete their online registration via link between 17th and 22nd November 2026.
• Please note: Registration will close immediately once the event reaches its maximum capacity. Participants are strongly encouraged to complete their registration at the earliest, as running places are limited.
• Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 28th Feb 2027.

 ONLINE GROUP REGISTRATION PROCESS 

1. Online Group Registration Process, where the group/corporation is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.
   1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required, mentioning the group name and race categories.
   2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request and PAN card details, the SPOC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members and another link to donate for TMM Green bib.
   3. On making online payments, SPOC is to share the online payment receipts (of both registration fees and TMM Green bib donation (Applicable for Dream Run group participants only) via email: corporateregistration@procam.in   with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us by email: corporateregistration@procam.in. The deadline to request registration codes and make the payment is 05th September, 2026.
   4. On receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the SPOC’s email address. A donation receipt will be shared with the Group SPOC by United Way Mumbai within 72 hours of the donation.
   5. The Tata Mumbai Marathon registration team will email SPOC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. Under early bird group registrations, Registration codes will be valid from 8th Sept, 7 AM to 9th Sept, 11:59 PM. Registration codes not used will be automatically deactivated post 9th Sept,11:59 PM.
   6. All registrants are to register here using the registration codes issued by PIPL.
   7.  The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 20th Sept 2026. 
      For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600. 
   8. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Dream Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
   9. Group SPOC to share name of the registrations and transaction ID who will receive the Special designed TMM Green bib at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in by 15th October, 2026.
   10. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   11. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition and within the phase (early bird/ Waitlist).
   12. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision for refunding the individual payment or adding such participants to the group will be entertained. 
2.  Online Group Registration Process, where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:
   1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Dream Run, race category, mentioning the group name. 
   2. Group SPOC to make the donation towards TMM Green bib at https://www.unitedwaymumbai.org/green_bib and send us the receipt of the payment at corporateregisration@procam.in 
   3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common group registration code issued by PIPL. Under early bird group registrations, the registration code will be valid from 8th Sept, 7 AM to 9th Sept, 11:59 PM. Registration code not used will be automatically deactivated post 9th Sept,11:59 PM
   4.  Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
   6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
   7. No refund towards the contribution for TMM Green Bib/donation in case any applicant gets rejected or not registered.

• Personalised Bibs: Each bib will feature the participant's name and company/group name.
