Group Applications


Thanks to the overwhelming response, registrations for the Dream Run are now closed.

Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the on-ground Dream Run participative category.

  1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name.
  2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request and PAN card details, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members and another link to donate for TMM Green bib.
  3. On making online payments, PoC is to share the online payment receipts (of both registration fees and TMM Green bib donation) via email: corporateregistration@procam.in  with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us by email: corporateregistration@procam.in. 
  4. On receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address. Donation receipt will be shared with Group SPOC by United Way Mumbai within 72 hours of donation.
  5. The TMM registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
  6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
  7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Dream Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
  8. Group SPOC to share name of the registrations and transaction ID who will receive Special TMM Green bib at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in by 30th Nov, 11:59 PM.
  9. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Dream Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TMM 2025 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
  10. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2025. No donation amount against TMM green bib/NGO will be refunded.
  11. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running number bib from the Mirchi Get Active Expo individually. 

Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the on-ground Dream Run participative category.

  1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required mentioning the group name and race categories.
  2. Group SPOC to make the donation towards TMM Green bib at https://www.unitedwaymumbai.org/green_bib and send us the receipt of the payment at corporateregisration@procam.in 
  3. On confirmation, the TMM registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
  4. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
  5. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using the code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Dream Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TMM 2025 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
  6. No refund towards the contribution for TMM Green Bib/donation in case any applicant gets rejected or not registered.

*Please note that the application fees applicable for groups participating in the Dream Run race category (on-ground) is INR 999 per entry. However, in addition to the application fees, groups are required to contribute an amount for at least one TMM Green bib/ tree (INR 635) for every 5 entries submitted under the group. For more details on the TMM Green bib, please click here. While, it is not mandatory for an individual applicant (not part of any group) to contribute this additional amount, an individual can upgrade to a TMM Green Bib through contributions, details given further below:

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

 

Important Information: 

  1. More than 150 entries from any single group/entity/association will NOT be accepted.
  2. Please note that the application fee applicable for groups participating in the Dream Run race category (on-ground) is INR 999 per entry. However, in addition to the application fees, groups are required to contribute an amount for at least one TMM Green bib/ tree (INR 635 per green bib) for every 5 entries submitted under the group. Contribution towards the TMM Green Bib needs to be made directly to United Way Mumbai as given in point (e) below. Not applicable for individual entries in Dream run.   3. Contribution to TMM Green bib is to be made along with the application fees paid for Dream Run group registrations. To apply for Dream run group registrations, please write to us on tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in.
  4. The Group SPOC/or any other person appointed by SPOC, will receive a tax exemption receipt from United Way Mumbai (UWM) for the TMM Green Bib contribution amount, sent to their email address within 72 hours of receiving funds.
  5. Contribution amount for the TMM Green bib can be made in the following ways:
    • Via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai”
    • NEFT payment to United Way of Mumbai
    • Pay via online link to United Way of Mumbai
  6.  Only registered applicants of a group can upgrade their participation to TMM Green bibs – this option is not available for individuals not registered with the event as part of the said group.
  7. Group SPOC to share name of the successful registrations who will receive Special TMM Green bib at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in by 30th Nov 2024, 11:59 PM
  8. Groups may also choose to upgrade all their Dream Run bibs to TMM Green Bibs. To do so, contribution of INR 635 per TMM green bib needs to be made directly to United Way Mumbai as detailed in point (e) above.
  9. Upgrading to TMM Green Bib does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to successfully register online after meeting the required registration confirmation criteria, and adhere to the entry rules and guidelines, to avail the TMM Green Bib upgrade before the respective registration end date.
  10. Team members not mentioning the issued online code while registering online will not be eligible for the TMM Green Bib upgrade and will not be part of the group/Corporate.
  11. In case an individual group member's application is not confirmed, or a group does not utilise all issued registration codes, there will be no refund of the TMM Green Bib contribution made by the group. The application fee paid against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2025.
  12. Group/corporate members must register online using the group code before the registration deadline. However, if a team member wishes to upgrade to a TMM Green Bib individually, they can do so of their own accord before completing their online registration.

Dream Run groups participating in TMM 2025 can avail of the following benefits.

  • Personalised Bibs: Each bib will feature the participant's name and company/group name.
  • Convenient Bib Collection: All group bibs can be collected together from the group counter at the Mirchi Get Active Expo.
  • Dedicated Staff Assistance: A dedicated team will assist with the end-to-end process of collecting bibs and other deliverables, coordinating directly with the group's SPOC/ representative at the Mirchi Get Active Expo.
