Coaches
Coaches’ Registration: Coaches who wish to accompany their athletes to the event must register alongside them. Only certified coaches with valid bonafide credentials will be permitted, and acceptance is subject to approval by Procam International.
Coaches need not register separately. Instead, their registration is processed as part of the athlete's online application. The athlete's registration form will include a dedicated section to add the coach's details.
A coach accompanying multiple athletes must register under only one of their athletes' registration forms.
A security deposit of ₹4,000/- will apply per coach, refundable post-event - subject to the coach attending the event along with their registered athlete(s).
Only coaches with a valid certification in distance running from a recognized institution such as the National Institute of Sports (NIS) or the Indian Athletics (IA) will be permitted. These bonafide credentials must be submitted during the registration process for verification.
All coach registrations are subject to approval by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. The event organizers reserve the right to review and accept or reject any application.
