I] Fundraising Running Spaces

Philanthropy is a key pillar of the Tata Mumbai Marathon. A limited number of bibs in Open 10K categories are reserved through United Way Mumbai, the official philanthropy partner of the event. Individuals who wish to participate in these categories and support a cause close to their heart are encouraged to do so by fundraising through United Way Mumbai official platform. 100% of the funds raised online on the UWM platform are disbursed to the NGO chosen (duly verified by UWM) by the individual fundraiser. 

You can qualify for an Open 10K bib in one of the following ways:

• Become a Change Runner 
  Raise a minimum of ₹2 lakh through at least 5 donors by 22nd December 2026 to qualify for a bib across any race category. Change Runners also receive several exclusive incentives.
• Be an Early Bird Fundraiser 
   Be among the first 200 fundraisers to raise ₹10,000 or more from at least 5 donors. You will be eligible to register for an Open 10K bib (subject to availability and eligibility). Registration must be completed using a unique code provided upon qualification.
• Be Among the Top Fundraisers 
    The top 500 fundraisers (including Change Runners) who raise ₹10,000 or more from at least 5 donors by 22nd December 2026 will be eligible to register for a bib in their preferred race category. Higher fundraisers get preference in bib allocation.

Note:

• Running places shall be subject to availability of slots in the desired race category.
• Fundraisers qualifying as Change Runners are not required to pay race fees.
• On qualifying, and where slot in selected race category is available, United Way Mumbai will send a unique code to the fundraiser to register on the event website and pay the requisite race fee.
• Where the individual does not complete the online registration process within stipulated timeline, such individual will not receive a number bib even if they qualify as fundraisers.

II] Women’s Criteria

• To encourage women's participation, there are a limited number of running places reserved for women applicants. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria. 
• One TGB (TMM Green Bib) donation is mandatory for all applicants registering under Women’s Criteria.

III] Youth Age Criteria (Timed runner only)

• To encourage participation among young runners aged 15 to 21 years as on 16.01.2027, a limited number of running places are reserved under the “Youth Age Criteria” within the Open 10K category. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria. 
• One TGB (TMM Green Bib) donation is mandatory for all applicants registering under Young Age Criteria.

IV] Good for Silver (65+) Age criteria (Timed runner only)

• To encourage participants aged 65 years and above as on 16.01.2027, a limited number of running places are reserved under Good for Silver Age Criteria within the Open 10K. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria.  
• One TGB (TMM Green Bib) donation is mandatory for all applicants registering under Good for Silver (65+) Age Criteria.

V] Guaranteed Running Places – SportyTrip Concierge Packages

1. A limited number of Guaranteed Running Places in the Tata Mumbai Marathon – Open 10K race category are available exclusively to runners booking the official SportyTrip Concierge Package, subject to package availability, applicable event rules & regulations, and availability of running places.
2. Runners interested in availing the Concierge Package may visit SportyTrip to complete their booking. Upon successful package confirmation, the registrant will receive a unique registration code on their email id enabling them to register and pay for the Open 10K race category .
3. Please note that possession of a Concierge Package alone does not constitute race registration. All runners are mandatorily required to complete the official race application process using the provided registration code, within the applicable registration timelines.
4. One TGB (TMM Green Bib) donation is mandatory for all applicants registering under the Guaranteed Running Places – SportyTrip Concierge Packages.

Note: A prior timing certificate is not mandatory to apply in this race category; however, if you wish to submit the prior timing certificate for a better Start Wave, follow the timing criteria below:

1. Timings of only marathon (42.195 km), 25 km distance, half marathon (21.097 km) , 10 Km and the 5 Km distances conducted at an on-ground event will be considered. Timing certificate of a recognized timed relay race, where an individual covers a distance of minimum 5 km, will be considered to qualify for Open 10K race category of the running event must have been conducted within the period of 18 months preceding race day (17th Jan 2027), i.e., on or after 17th July 2025.
2. Your timing certificate needs to show your finish time as specified below:

 Benefits Of Providing A Latest And Fastest Timing Certificate During Registration:

• Faster Confirmation: Providing a timing certificate during registration ensures quicker processing and confirmation of the Open 10K application within 10 working days.
• Start Wave On Race Day: Submitting the latest and fastest timing certificate during Open 10K registration secures a start wave allocation on race day based on the timing performance. Those who missed providing a timing certificate initially can still submit one via email until 8th November 2026, for start wave allocation.

Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.

We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant)/Buddies (attendants) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 16th Jan 2009) as on the race day. The buddy registration is to be done at the time of the applicant’s online registration. An applicant can now register upto 2 buddies while registering.

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.

Note: Uploading unclear/group photo will result in rejection of the application.

Self-Identity Verification: To ensure that accurate participant information is captured while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security, a Self-Identity Verification process has been introduced via Aadhaar card.

Indian Nationals: You can verify key details such as your full name, date of birth, gender, and nationality through your Aadhaar. Verification is completed via the official Aadhaar app. To proceed:

1.  Download and install the official Aadhaar app on your mobile device.
2.  Log in to your Aadhaar profile within the app.
3.  During the verification process, scan the QR code displayed on the registration screen using the Aadhaar app.
4.  Complete the verification successfully to validate your details.

 Alternatively, registrants can upload PAN/Passport/Driving license as an ID proof.

Yes, to get the 80G certificate for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details asked during the registration process.

1. Once an entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th February 2027. An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
3. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
4. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th February 2027.
5. For the purpose of Event registration, if a registrant uses a corporate/group code of which he/she is not the authorized and bonafide recipient, PIPL reserves the right to deny their entry/application. In such cases, the registrant will not receive a Bib and shall not be able to participate in the Event on the Race day.

Yes, all finishers of the Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of marathon finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.

Timing certificates are not provided to participants of the Dream Run (5.9 Km), Senior Citizens’ Run (4.2 Km), Champions With Disability (1.3 Km) Categories. All finishers of the Dream Run (5.9 Km), Senior Citizens’ Run (4.2 Km), Champions With Disability (1.3 Km) categories will get a participation medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of dream run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 7 working days from race day.

Application confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID and will also be updated in your profile on the TMM website. You need to log in with your registered email ID to view your profile.

No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent/medical advisory himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

A prior timing certificate is mandatory to apply for the Marathon /Half Marathon category. You may participate in one of the upcoming races & get a timing certificate.Please note, the timing certificate details will have to be given at the time of registration and cannot be submitted later.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Group registrations are accepted for the Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, and Champions with disability race categories. 
• Groups are requested to initiate their group registration request and payments before 11th August 2026 to ensure receipt. Click here for more details <<link to group registration page>>
• Registration requests will not be accepted for any race category that has reached its maximum capacity and for which registrations have already closed. 
• After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration online within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be automatically deactivated.
• Important: Entries will close as soon as the event reaches capacity. Participants are strongly encouraged to register early because slots are limited.
• Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by 31st March 2027.

Early Bird Group Registrations:

The minimum age eligibility to apply for the Dream run race category is 12 years (born on or before 16.01.2015)

• A limited number of Dream Run spots will be available under the Early Bird Group Registration window.

   2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request and PAN card details, the SPOC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members and another link to donate for TMM Green bib.
   3. On making online payments, SPOC is to share the online payment receipts (of both registration fees and TMM Green bib donation (Applicable for Dream Run group participants only)) via email: corporateregistration@procam.in  with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us by email: corporateregistration@procam.in.    4. On receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the SPOC’s email address. A donation receipt will be shared with the Group SPOC by United Way Mumbai within 72 hours of the donation.

The Tata Mumbai Marathon registration team will email SPOC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. Registration codes will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Registration codes not used within 7 days will be automatically deactivated. All registrants are to register here using the registration codes issued by PIPL. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2027. For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600. 
   6. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Dream Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
   7. Group SPOC to share name of the registrations and transaction ID who will receive Special TMM Green bib at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in by 25th November.
   8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition and within 7 days of code issuance.
   10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision for refunding the individual payment or adding such participants to the group will be entertained.
2. Online Group Registration Process, where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:
   1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run, and Champions With Disability race category, mentioning the group name. 
   2. Group SPOC to make the donation towards TMM Green bib at https://www.unitedwaymumbai.org/green_bib and send us the receipt of the payment at corporateregisration@procam.in
   3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common group registration code issued by PIPL within 7 days of code issuance and pay the applicable entry fee while registering.
   4.  Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using the registration code within 7 days of code issuance, for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.
   6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
   7. No refund towards the contribution for TMM Green Bib/donation in case any applicant gets rejected or not registered.

Important Information:

• More than 100 entries from any single group/entity/association will NOT be accepted.
• Please note that the application fee applicable for groups participating in the Dream Run race category (on-ground) is INR 1400 per entry. However, in addition to the application fees, groups are required to contribute an amount for at least one TMM Green bib/ tree (INR 651 per green bib) for every 5 entries submitted under the group. Contribution towards the TMM Green Bib needs to be made directly to United Way Mumbai as given in point (4) below. Not applicable for individual entries in Dream run. For more details on the TMM Green bib, please click here.
• Contribution to TMM Green bib is to be made along with the application fees paid for Dream Run group registrations. To apply for Dream run group registrations, please write to us on tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in.
• The Group SPOC/or any other person appointed by SPOC, will receive a tax exemption receipt from United Way Mumbai (UWM) for the TMM Green Bib contribution amount, sent to their email address within 72 hours of receiving funds.
• Contribution amount for the TMM Green bib can be made in the following ways:
  • Via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai”
  • NEFT payment to United Way of Mumbai
  • Pay via online link to United Way of Mumbai
• Only registered applicants of a group can upgrade their participation to TMM Green bibs – this option is not available for individuals not registered with the event as part of the said group.
• Group SPOC to share name of the successful registrations who will receive Special TMM Green bib at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in by <<Date to be mentioned>>
• Groups may also choose to upgrade all their Dream Run bibs to TMM Green Bibs. To do so, contribution of INR 651 per TMM green bib needs to be made directly to United Way Mumbai as detailed in point (4) above.
• Upgrading to TMM Green Bib does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to successfully register online after meeting the required registration confirmation criteria, and adhere to the entry rules and guidelines, to avail the TMM Green Bib upgrade before the respective registration end date.
• Team members not mentioning the issued online code while registering online will not be eligible for the TMM Green Bib upgrade and will not be part of the group/Corporate.
• In case an individual group member's application is not confirmed, or a group does not utilise all issued registration codes, there will be no refund of the TMM Green Bib contribution made by the group. The application fee paid against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2027.
• Group/corporate members must register online using the group code before the registration deadline. However, if a team member wishes to upgrade to a TMM Green Bib individually, they can do so of their own accord before completing their online registration.

Dream Run groups participating in TMM 2027 can avail of the following benefits.

•  Personalised Bibs: Each bib will feature the participant's name and company/group name.
• Convenient Bib Collection: All group bibs can be collected together from the group counter at the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo
• Dedicated Staff Assistance: A dedicated team will assist with the end-to-end process of collecting bibs and other deliverables, coordinating directly with the group's SPOC/ representative at the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo

 Senior Citizens Run/Champions With Disability Run:

   7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Senior Citizens’ Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
   8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition and within 7 days of code issuance.
   10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo separately. No provision for refunding the individual payment or adding such participants to the group will be entertained.
2. Online Group Registration Process, where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:
    
   1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) email the request at corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Senior Citizens’ Run race category, mentioning the group name.
   2. The Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 registration team will email SPOC the common group registration code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
   3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common group registration code issued by PIPL within 7 days of code issuance and pay the applicable entry fee while registering.
   4. Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using the registration code within 7 days of code issuance, for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
   5. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group.    6. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

• Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo from Thursday, 14th January 2026, to Saturday, 16th January 2026. Participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday, 16th January 2026. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• It is mandatory for all individual participants of the marathon, half marathon and Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the bib collection area within the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib:

1. Application confirmation.
2. Govt. approved photo ID proof.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the above 3 mentioned race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
  1. Application confirmation.
  2. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
  3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
• Group bib collection for Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ run and/or Champions With Disability category/ies will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
  1. Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person.
  2. rinted copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
  3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
• No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo – by 5pm on Saturday, 16th January 2027.

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.

• Incomplete form submitted.
• Waiver & consent not signed.
• Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
• Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
• More than one application form received from the same applicant for an on-ground event.
• Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
• Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
• Running places are full.
• Any other reason

1. Once your entry is received, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th February, 2027. An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
3. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2027 Expo.
4. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post-31st October 2026.

Unregistered applicants or individuals who wish to Fundraise can apply fundraising running places which are reserved through United Way Mumbai, the official philanthropy partner of the event. Individuals who wish to participate in this criteria and support a cause close to their heart are encouraged to do so by fundraising through United Way Mumbai’s official platform.

While fulfilling timing criterion is mandatory for the half marathon, there is relaxed cut-off timing for individuals applying for the half marathon by fundraising.

* The running event must have been conducted within the period of 18 months preceding race day (17^th January, 2027), i.e. on or after 17^th July 2025. Other conditions for half marathon qualification criteria shall remain the same for a timing certificate to be accepted.

Yes. Runner bags will be given out at the 2027 edition of the event. 

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs. All confirmed participants for the Marathon, Half Marathon and Open 10K must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo to ensure accurate bib assignment. This measure is essential to confirm that only the officially registered participant runs on race day, thereby avoiding any risk of disqualification.

No, Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2028. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of respective registration dates.

In the event of a missing bib on our part, we will substitute it with a new, unnamed bib.

The "Years participated" on Marathon running bib is exclusively assigned to runners who have successfully completed the "Marathon" race category in at least one edition of the Tata Mumbai Marathon, in addition to the 2027 edition applied for, within the official cut-off time of their respective TMM editions, wearing a valid bib, and have received a net finish time available online or a timing certificate confirming their successful race completion of each of those editions.  Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's long standing association with the event and their commitment to it. The number of years is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and the date of birth. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in, no later than 10th November 2026. The email must include the participant’s bib numbers for all editions of the event where he/she has completed the ‘marathon’ race category over the years. It is important to note that participants must have used the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" is identified and allocated.

The BIB Surrender Facility allows confirmed participants of the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness to surrender their bibs to Procam International.

Confirmed participants can surrender his/her bib with effect from 15th September 2026 (1000 Hrs) to 30th September 2026 (1900 Hrs) filling the bib surrender request form. Once the bib surrender request is successfully processed, you will receive the refund in your source account after the deduction of INR 200 as bib surrender processing charges on or before 28th February 2027. No, bib surrender requests coming later than 30th September 2026 (1900 hrs)  will not be entertained for any refund.

No, donations, TMM Green bib contributions, and TMM Merchandise payments made at the time of applying for the event will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The TMM Green Bib is a bib that allows you to become a contributor to plantation & growing of trees in the TMM Agro Forest. The contribution of participants and people of the Tata Mumbai Marathon will ensure the Agro forests not just result in a better environment, but provide a livelihood to the farmer who provides their land to the Agroforest initiative. Every year a region will be identified and land will be allocated to the TMM Agro Forest.

Every person who registers for a Race category (including virtual) will have the option to upgrade from a race to a TMM Green Bib this year. The minimum contribution is one tree. You can contribute more than one tree and even a 1 acre farm. The contribution can be made at the point of registration or via further donation / fundraising.

The TMM Green Bib will have a different palette on Race Day and will be cherished by the participant, the Evergreener, for the contribution their tree/s made to the climate in the region and the sustenance provided to the farmer providing the land.

During Registration:
Applicants can upgrade to the TMM Green Bib while registering online for the respective race category by selecting “YES” to Upgrade to TMM Green Bib and contributing for one or more trees.

Post Registration:

• Sign In to your TMM web profile on tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in
• Select the e-option ‘Upgrade to TMM Green Bib’
• Select the number of trees you would like to contribute to the TMM Agro Forest initiative, make payment online and become an Evergreener.

On-ground participants who have upgraded their bibs to TMM Green bib will receive their specially designed TMM Green bib at the expo. Virtual Run participants will receive their TMM Green Bib via post. The Geo Location of tree/s contributed towards will be received via official communication email.

The minimum contribution is INR 651 for 1 tree. You can also contribute for more than one tree. Groups/Corporates/CC teams/Individuals also have a chance to support a 1-acre farm of 391 trees at one go, by contributing INR 2,48,285.The Group SPOC/Individual to send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for the TMM Green Bibs upgrade on behalf of the group/individual along with their group name, number of participants and number of trees to be planted per participant at INR 651 per tree.

Yes, you will receive an 80G certificate for your contribution from UWM on your registered email id.

For groups, the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) can apply for TMM Green bibs on behalf of all registered participants. Follow these steps:

• The Group SPOC will send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for TMM Green bibs on behalf of the group along with a group name , number of participants and number of trees per participant.
• Upon receiving the TMM Green Bib request email, PIPL will send a confirmation email to the SPOC, confirming the availability of TMM Green bibs.
• Once Green bibs are confirmed, the Group SPOC can make payment via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai” or make a NEFT payment to UWM.
• The Group SPOC will receive an 80G certificate for the TMM Green bib donation, sent to their email address
• The number of TMM Green bibs requested should be equal to the number of registered participants in the group. However, SPOC can choose more than one tree per registered participant, subject to availability
• Group TMM Green bibs can only be availed for registered applicants in the group. Individuals who have not registered in the group will not be entitled for a TMM Green bib
• No refunds will be provided once the payment for TMM Green bibs is made under any circumstance.
• Purchasing Green Bib does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online successfully to avail the TMM Green bib before the end date
• Team members not mentioning the online code while race category registration will not be eligible for a TMM Green bib (if purchased by the SPOC)
• Group/corporate members must register online using the group code before the registration deadline. However, if a team member wishes to purchase a TMM Green bib individually, they can do so at their own expense before completing their registration.

In case of rejection, you can still opt to remain an Evergreener, if yes, INR 651 per tree will be contributed from your end and you will receive an 80G certificate for the same. Yes, groups who have pre-paid will be eligible for a refund for unused codes, minus a 4% processing fee. The refund will be issued by 31st March 2027. For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10,000, the refunded amount will be INR 9,600.
