# The Open 10K race category is exclusively available through individual fundraising, with a limited number of bibs offered to individuals who raise funds for a cause. In addition to the participation through individual fundraising, there are limited running places available for Women under Women's criteria.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.
What is the application fee for participating in the on-ground event?

***Please note that the application fees applicable for groups participating in the Dream Run race category (on-ground) is INR 1200 per entry. However, in addition to the application fees, groups are required to contribute an amount for at least one TMM Green bib/ tree (INR 730) for every 5 entries submitted under the group. While, it is not mandatory for an individual applicant (not part of any group) to contribute this additional amount, an individual can upgrade to a TMM Green Bib through contributions.
The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in The Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in The Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/discounts/goodies/race day tee etc. That is offered, directly or indirectly, by the Promoter/Event Sponsor/Partner.

Can I participate in the Marathon/Half Marathon category if I am disabled?
Limited number of running places reserved for Persons with Disability (PwD). Applicants with following disabilities can apply under this criterion: Blindness (including partial blindness), hearing impairment, deaf-muteness, amputees (arm or leg) and any physical disability which does not necessitate using a wheelchair.

How can I participate in the Open 10K Race category?
Entry to the Open 10K race category will be confirmed based on the ‘confirmation criteria’ explained in detail here.
Who can participate in the Champions with Disability race category?
Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.
Is it mandatory to participate with a Buddy (attendant) in the Champions With Disability race category?
We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 17th January 2008).
Is attaching a passport-sized photograph with the online application form compulsory?
Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 1 MB in .jpeg and .png format.
All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.
Note: Uploading unclear/group photo will result in rejection of the application.
Is Aadhaar or PAN card verification mandatory to apply?
Yes, applicants are required to verify their identity by providing either their Aadhaar card or PAN card number. The verification system will authenticate the applicant’s full name, date of birth, and gender to ensure accuracy. Verification will be done via OTP authentication in case of Aadhaar card submission.
In case the applicant is below 18 years of age on race day, both the applicant’s ID and the parent or guardian’s ID must be submitted for verification during the online registration.
Buddy’s ID verification to be done in case of CWD buddy registration while registering CWD applicant.
Is it mandatory to submit PAN card details to receive an 80G certificate for the donation I made during the registration process?
Yes, to get the 80G certificate for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details asked during the registration process.
How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?
An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations.
In whose name should the cheque or demand draft be made in case of group registrations?
All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of "PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD."
Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?
An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI and payment wallets.
How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?
Post 10 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the TMM website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check the profile section for their application status.
Note: Applicants of the Half Marathon category will get their confirmation post 10 working days of registration closure. Can I register for more than one race category at the on-ground event?
No. An individual can apply only for one race at the on-ground event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
Can I register for both on-ground and virtual races?
Yes, you can register for both on-ground and virtual races, using the same email id.
Can I register for a virtual race if I have already registered for an on-ground race previously?
Yes, you can log in with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for the on-ground race category previously.
Can I run both on-ground as well as the virtual race of the same distance on the same day?
Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TMM app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade from Half Marathon to Marathon or Marathon to Half Marathon race categories respectively?

What are the refund policies?

Will I be eligible for a refund in case I didn’t pick up my confirmed bib from the expo?
No, all entry fees are non-refundable. Read more about entry rules and guidelines here.
Will I get a refund of my entry fees, if my application is not accepted?
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 28th February 2026. An amount of ₹200 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th February 2026.
Will I get a refund for unused codes?
Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 31st March 2026.
Once I have applied can I cancel my application and get a refund?
Once an entry is confirmed, no requests for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances. However, Marathon and Half marathon confirmed participants can choose to surrender their bib, to know more details click here.
Can I change my race category once I have applied/my application is confirmed?
Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category. However, Marathon and half marathon confirmed participants can downgrade/upgrade in Half marathon and marathon respectively, terms and conditions apply*
Will I get a timing certificate and finisher medal for participating in the Marathon (42.195) Kms category/Half Marathon (21.097) Kms/Open 10K (10 Kms) Category?
Yes, all finishers of the Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of marathon finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Dream Run (5.9 Kms) Category?
Timing certificates are not provided to participants of the Dream Run category. All finishers of the Dream Run (5.9 Kms) race category will get a participation medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of dream run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal for participation in the Senior Citizens’ Run (4.2 Kms) Category?
Timing certificates are not provided to participants of the Senior Citizens’ Run category. All finishers of the Senior Citizens’ Run (4.2 Kms) race category will get a participation medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). When will I get my application confirmation and how?
Application confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID and will also be updated in your profile on the TMM website. You need to log in with your registered email ID to view your profile.
Can I register for my friend?
No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent/medical advisory himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.
I have recently started running. Can I participate in the Marathon/Half Marathon without a timing certificate?
A prior timing certificate is mandatory to apply for the Marathon/Half Marathon category. You may participate in one of the upcoming races & get a timing certificate. Please note, the timing certificate details will have to be given at the time of registration and cannot be submitted later.
What will happen once I submit my Marathon/Half Marathon application under confirmation criteria?
Your application for the marathon/half marathon will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned below. Please note, that confirmation is subject to –
- Verification of valid timing certificate details submitted by you.
- Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
- Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
- Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
- Entry Rules and Guidelines.
Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?
Yes. Please note group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability categories. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries to comprise a group and more than 150 entries from any single group/entity/association will NOT be accepted.

How can I collect my bib for the on-ground race?
- Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Get Active Expo from Thursday, 15th January 2026, to Saturday, 17th January 2026. Participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday, 17th January 2026. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- It is mandatory for all individual participants of the marathon, half marathon and Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the bib collection area within the Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib:
- Application confirmation.
- Govt. approved photo ID proof.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the above 3 mentioned race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
- Application confirmation.
- Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
- Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
- Group bib collection for Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ run and/or Champions With Disability category/ies will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
- Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person.
- rinted copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
- Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
- No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo – by 5pm on Saturday, 17th January 2026.
While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my account but my transaction status is shown as pending?

What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?
We recommend you to use an updated version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration experience. You should also clear the cache and cookies and retry. If the problem still persists, send us a screenshot of the error at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in
On what grounds can my application be rejected or declared invalid?
Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
- Incomplete form submitted.
- Waiver & consent not signed.
- Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
- Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
- More than one application form received from the same applicant for an on-ground event.
- Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
- Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
- Running places are full.
- Any other reason

What options do I have in case my application gets rejected?
Unregistered applicants or individuals who wish to Fundraise can apply charity running places which are reserved through United Way Mumbai, the official philanthropy partner of the event. Individuals who wish to participate in this criteria and support a cause close to their heart are encouraged to do so by fundraising through United Way Mumbai’s official platform.
You can qualify for a Marathon/Half Marathon/Open 10K/Dream Run/SCR/CWD bib in one of the following ways:
- Become a Change Runner
Raise a minimum of ₹2 lakh through at least 5 donors by 22nd December 2025 to qualify for a complimentary bib across any race category. Change Runners also receive several exclusive incentives. - Be an Early Bird Fundraiser
Be among the first 600 fundraisers to raise ₹10,000 or more from at least 5 donors. You will be eligible to register for a Dream Run bib (subject to availability and eligibility). Registration must be completed using a unique code provided upon qualification. - Be Among the Top Fundraisers
The top 1000 fundraisers (including Change Runners) who raise ₹10,000 or more from at least 5 donors by 22nd December 2025 will be eligible to register for a bib in their preferred race category. Higher fundraisers get preference in bib allocation.
Note:
- Fundraisers must use their unique code, pay the race fee, and register on the TMM website within the stipulated deadline.
- Fundraisers qualifying as Change Runners are not required to pay race fees.
- Bibs are subject to availability and event eligibility criteria.
- Timing certificate and other event rules are applicable.

How can I book my bib pick up slot at the Get Active Expo for the TMM 2026 on-ground race category?
Confirmed individual runners can book the bib pick up date and time from their online profile here.
Is a Goodie bag available to all participants of TMM 2026?
Yes. Goodie bags will be given out at the 2026 edition of the event.
Can you post me my Running Number Bib?
No. All participants must come to the Get Active Expo to collect their Bibs.
Can I transfer my bib to somebody else or somebody else can run on my bib?
No, Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2027. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
Will I get my bib replaced incase I lose it, or post a bib collection?
No, We will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end.
Can I register on the day of the event?
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of respective registration dates.
Will my performance at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 (on ground) event be considered for the Procam Slam?
Yes, you can complete your Procam Slam cycle by successfully completing the marathon in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026. Performance at TMM 2026 will be taken into account for someone who is starting their new Procam Slam cycle. For more details, please click here.
Will I get a Race Day Singlet/T-shirt?
Confirmed Marathon (42.195 Kms) race category men and women participants will receive a race day t-shirt, courtesy of the event's sports goods partner, ASICS, at the Bib Collection area within the Get Active Expo.
Also, Half Marathon confirmed participants will receive a race day t-shirt, courtesy of the event’s title sponsor, Tata Sons, at the bib collection area within the Get Active Expo.
We will try our best to accommodate the tee size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any requests for change of size/color will not be entertained.
What are the instructions to be followed before starting with the online registration?
Gearing up for online registration, save time and effort by paying attention to the appended instructions before you proceed:
- Keep a scanned copy of your photo ID proof, passport size photograph and vaccine certificate files ready in .jpeg/ .png format (file size not more than 1 MB), before you click the “Proceed” button at the bottom.
- For security reasons, please DON’T use following characters anywhere on the registration form, in file name (attachment), your profile password and in website link.

Will I get my bib replaced in case I lose it, or post a bib collection?
No, We will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end.
If the bib is not located, what steps will be taken to address the situation?
In the event of a missing bib on our part, we will substitute it with a new, unnamed bib.
What is years participated on the Marathon bib?
The "Years participated" on Marathon running bib is exclusively assigned to runners who have successfully completed the "Marathon" race category in at least one edition of the Tata Mumbai Marathon, in addition to the 2026 edition applied for, within the official cut-off time of their respective TMM editions, wearing a valid bib, and have received a net finish time available online or a timing certificate confirming their successful race completion of each of those editions.
Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's long standing association with the event and their commitment to it. The number of years is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and the date of birth. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in, no later than 30th November 2025. The email must include the participant’s bib numbers for all editions of the event where he/she has completed the ‘marathon’ race category over the years. It is important to note that participants must have used the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" is identified and allocated.
Can I run with a dog?
No, animals are not permitted in our events.
Can I run with a child in a pushchair/sling ?
No, children {under the age limit for the event} or unregistered participants are not allowed on the course.
What is the BIB Surrender Facility?
The BIB Surrender Facility allows confirmed participants of the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories who are unable to participate on race day due to unavoidable circumstances like injury or illness to surrender their bibs to Procam International.
When and how can I surrender my bib?
Confirmed participants can surrender his/her bib with effect from 14th October 2025 (1000 Hrs) to 31st October 2025 (1900 Hrs) filling the bib surrender request form. Once the bib surrender request is successfully processed, you will receive the refund in your source account after the deduction of INR 200 as bib surrender processing charges on or before 28th February 2026. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Please click here for more information.
Can I surrender my bib after 31st October 2025?
No, bib surrender requests coming later than 31st October 2025 (1900 hrs) will not be entertained for any refund.
Can I surrender my bib if I registered after 31st October 2025?
No, the bib surrender facility is not applicable for registrants registering post 31st October 2025.
Will I get a refund for any donations or merchandise payments?
No, donations, TMM Green bib contributions, and TMM Merchandise payments made at the time of applying for the event will not be refunded under any circumstances.
What is TMM Green Bib?
The TMM Green Bib is a bib that allows you to become a contributor to plantation & growing of trees in the TMM Agro Forest. The contribution of participants and people of the Tata Mumbai Marathon will ensure the Agro forests not just result in a better environment, but provide a livelihood to the farmer who provides their land to the Agroforest initiative. Every year a region will be identified and land will be allocated to the TMM Agro Forest.
How can I register/upgrade for/to a TMM Green Bib?
Every person who registers for a Race category (including virtual) will have the option to upgrade from a race to a TMM Green Bib this year. The minimum contribution is one tree. You can contribute more than one tree and even a 1 acre farm. The contribution can be made at the point of registration or via further donation / fundraising.
How is the TMM Green Bib different from a normal Bib?
The TMM Green Bib will have a different palette on Race Day and will be cherished by the participant, the Evergreener, for the contribution their tree/s made to the climate in the region and the sustenance provided to the farmer providing the land.
What are the Steps to upgrade to a TMM Green Bib?
During Registration:
Applicants can upgrade to the TMM Green Bib while registering online for the respective race category by selecting “YES” to Upgrade to TMM Green Bib and contributing for one or more trees.
Post Registration:
- Sign In to your TMM web profile on tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in
- Select the e-option ‘Upgrade to TMM Green Bib’
- Select the number of trees you would like to contribute to the TMM Agro Forest initiative, make payment online and become an Evergreener.
On-ground participants who have upgraded their bibs to TMM Green bib will receive their specially designed TMM Green bib at the expo. Virtual Run participants will receive their TMM Green Bib via post. The Geo Location of tree/s contributed towards will be received via official communication email.
What is the minimum contribution?
The minimum contribution is INR 730 for 1 tree. You can also contribute for more than one tree. Groups/Corporates/CC teams/Individuals also have a chance to support a 1-acre farm of 391 trees at one go, by contributing INR 2,48,285.The Group SPOC/Individual to send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for the TMM Green Bibs upgrade on behalf of the group/individual along with their group name, number of participants and number of trees to be planted per participant at INR 730 per tree.
Will I get an 80G certificate?
Yes, you will receive an 80G certificate for your contribution from UWM on your registered email id.
Can we upgrade to the TMM Green Bib as a group?
For groups, the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) can apply for TMM Green bibs on behalf of all registered participants. Follow these steps:
- The Group SPOC will send an email to tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in expressing their interest in applying for TMM Green bibs on behalf of the group along with a group name , number of participants and number of trees per participant.
- Upon receiving the TMM Green Bib request email, PIPL will send a confirmation email to the SPOC, confirming the availability of TMM Green bibs.
- Once Green bibs are confirmed, the Group SPOC can make payment via cheque in favour of “United Way of Mumbai” or make a NEFT payment to UWM.
- The Group SPOC will receive an 80G certificate for the TMM Green bib donation, sent to their email address
- The number of TMM Green bibs requested should be equal to the number of registered participants in the group. However, SPOC can choose more than one tree per registered participant, subject to availability
- Group TMM Green bibs can only be availed for registered applicants in the group. Individuals who have not registered in the group will not be entitled for a TMM Green bib
- No refunds will be provided once the payment for TMM Green bibs is made under any circumstances
- Purchasing Green Bib does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online successfully to avail the TMM Green bib before the end date
- Team members not mentioning the online code while race category registration will not be eligible for a TMM Green bib (if purchased by the SPOC)
- Group/corporate members must register online using the group code before the registration deadline. However, if a team member wishes to purchase a TMM Green bib individually, they can do so at their own expense before completing their registration.
If I’m not participating, can I still contribute towards the initiative?
Yes, in case of non-participation, you can still contribute to the tree plantation and become an Evergreener via donation / fundraising. Click here to know more.
What if my entry is rejected?
n case of rejection, you can still opt to remain an Evergreener, if yes, INR 730 per tree will be contributed from your end and you will receive an 80G certificate for the same. In case you wish to receive a refund of the TMM Green Bib, you will get a full refund of INR 730 and NO 80G certificate will be generated.
