Marathon (42.195 km) – Elite: Rules & Regulations
1. Application Guidelines
Eligibility and Application: Please read all information carefully before submitting your application.
An applicant may only apply for the Marathon (42.195 Km) – Elite Race category.
Each applicant must use a single email address for all communication.
Elite Athlete Verification:
Prospective elite participants must email their timing certificates for verification to eliteathlete@procam.in meeting the timing qualification criteria.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a unique referral code to access the elite race registration form.
Registration Process:
Registration is exclusively online via the provided link.
The applicable refundable entry fee must be paid during registration. No third parties are authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoter, Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).
Entry Fees:
Each athlete will have to pay a refundable entry fee of INR 4000/- (Four Thousand only).
Accompanying coaches will also have to pay a refundable entry fee of INR 4000/- (Four Thousand only).
Pre-Submission Checklist: Before submitting your application, please ensure you have:
Met the minimum age eligibility criteria for the event.
Completed all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Attached your latest timing certificate.
Uploaded a recent, clear photograph.
Provided accurate bank details for prize money and potential refund.
Paid the required entry fee.
Agreed to the 'Waiver', 'Consent', 'Entry Rules and Guidelines', and 'Anti-Doping Undertaking'.
ID Verification:
Self-ID verification has been implemented to ensure accuracy and protect participant data.
Indian nationals can verify their full name, date of birth, gender, and nationality via an OTP sent to their Aadhaar or PAN-linked number.
Your middle name is for verification purposes only and will not appear on your race bib, official materials, or be used for event classifications.
Application Discrepancies and Changes:
Any application with discrepancies in the mandatory requirements will be rejected.
Once registered and verified, no requests for changes to your name, gender, or date of birth will be entertained. All details must match your Aadhaar or PAN card.
After successful online submission, you cannot edit your profile. For corrections, please email tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in or eliteathlete@procam.in.
Application Status:
You can check your application status on the event website within 10 working days of registration.

2. Participation Confirmation
Confirmed athletes will receive an email and WhatsApp message within 7 working days after closing of the registration on 23rd November 2025.
Upon confirmation, athletes must share their travel itinerary to and from Mumbai for the race week by 5th December 2025.
Amenities will only be provided to confirmed athletes who have shared their itinerary.
Only athletes who report on Friday, 16th January 2026 and participate in the race are eligible for a refund of their entry fee.
3. Entry Rejection and Refund Policy
If an athlete’s application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded (less an INR 200 processing fee) on or before 14th December 2025.
A refund (less an INR 200 processing fee) is available only to athletes who participate in the race. The refund will be made on or before 31st January 2026.
Refund discrepancies must be reported immediately to the Elite Athlete Management team. Refund queries will not be addressed after 06th February 2026.
Confirmed athletes who do not participate in the race for any reason are ineligible for a refund.
4. Other Important Points
The right to reject an application for registration is at the sole discretion of PIPL and is non-transferable.
PIPL reserves the right to verify the identity and residence of any confirmed participant. Providing incorrect information will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of all benefits without a refund.
Race day images of all participants will be screened. Any participant not wearing their assigned running number bib will be disqualified from the current and subsequent 2027 edition of the event. PIPL may pursue legal action in cases of impersonation.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disqualification.
The event promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Tata Mumbai Marathon at any time without prior notice.
