Bib Collection
Expo Dates and Timings:
Thursday, 16th January 2025 from 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Friday, 17th January 2025 from 10 AM to 7 PM
Saturday, 18th January 2025 from 10 AM to 5 PM
Expo Venue Address: Kalina University, Ground Opposite - University Of Mumbai Sports Complex, Kolivery Village, Vidya Nagari, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400098.
Running number bibs must be collected by all participants from the Mirchi Get Active Expo 2025 from Thursday, 16th January to Saturday, 18th January 2025. Participants will be given options to choose their bib pick-up time slot; overseas and outstation participants will get a slot preference for Saturday, 18th January 2025. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your slot here.
Documents to carry at the Mirchi Get Active Expo 2025 for bib collection:
a. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Mirchi Get Active expo 2025. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her running bib:
(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof.
b. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for running bib collection:
(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
c. Group collection of bibs: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in different race categories will be handed over at one go. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for the collection of number bibs:
(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
(ii) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
Important: No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Mirchi Get Active expo 2025 – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 18th January 2025.
