You are required to participate in Tata Mumbai Marathon 2023 Virtual Event from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TMM App.

• Marathon(42.195 KM)
• Half Marathon(21.097 KM)
• Open 10K (10 KM)
• Dream Run (5 KM)

You will have to complete your selected race category, using theTMM App within the time band from 12:01 am, 14th January 2023 to 11:59 pm on 15th January 2023, without a break.

Registration Starts on Thursday, 11th August 2023, 7 AM IST

Registration Ends 2nd January 2023, 11:59 pm IST. or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

1. Post submission of the group/ corporate pre-requisite form, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members. 
2. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details.
3. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form). 
4. The TMM registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
5. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
6. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees. 
7. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the TMM 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
8. Unused online codes cannot be returned or canceled. No refund request will be entertained for unused codes or any incomplete registration.
9. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. 
10. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to fill the pre-requisite form  or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with number of registrations required in each race category of the virtual event, mentioning the group name. 
2. The TMM registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.

4. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for all race categories of the virtual event at the TMM 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
5. All requisite mandatories will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Yes, you can request for Group/Corporate registrations where each member can make individual payments, using common code. You can send your request by filling out the pre-requisite form or send us the request at corporateregistration@procam.in

Once applied, no request for refund of application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th February 2023. An amount of ? 50 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th February 2023. Notwithstanding anything mentioned before, top-up donations, where made, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.

We request you to check your junk/trash/promotion box for the same folder for the same.

An applicant can pay online via credit card, net banking, debit card, wallet & UPI.

No. You cannot register on your friend’s behalf.

The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2023. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

No. Goodie bags are not given to any participant of the TMM 2023 Virtual Event.

• 1000 men and 1000 women finishers of the marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complementary spot in the marathon race category at TMM 2024. Entry rules and regulations of TMM 2024 will apply.  
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a special TMM tee. 50 men and 50 women finishers of the marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a special TMM tee.

• 1000 men and 1000 women finishers of the half marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complementary spot in the half marathon race category at TMM 2024. Entry rules and regulations of TMM 2024 will apply.  
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the half marathon, selected by random drawing, will earn a special TMM tee.

• 500 men and 500 women finishers of the Open 10K,selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complementary spot in the Open 10K race category at TMM 2024. Entry rules and regulations of TMM 2024 will apply.
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the Open 10K, selected by random drawing, will earn a special TMM tee. (TBC)

• 250 men and 250 women finishers of the Dream run, selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complementary spot in the Open 10K race category at TMM 2024. Entry rules and regulations of TMM 2024 will apply.
• 5000 men and 5000 women finishers of the Dream Run,selected by random drawing, will earn a guaranteed non-complementary spot in the Dream Run race category at TMM 2024. Entry rules and regulations of TMM 2024 will apply.
• 50 men and 50 women finishers of the Dream Run, selected by random drawing, will earn a special TMM tee.

Participants of the TMM 2023 Virtual Event will receive their physical gratification on or before 31st July 2023. Participants can download e-medal and e-certificate, from their Tata Mumbai Marathon web profile (https://tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in/) latest by 6th June 2023

You will have to complete your selected race category, using the TMM App, within the time band from 12:01 am, 14th January 2023 to 11:59 pm on 15th January 2023. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. You will have to complete the race within 24 hours of starting the race, or before 11:59 pm on 15th January 2023, whichever is earlier, on the TMM App. 

Your performance will be validated by our verification team and will be confirmed latest by 14th February 2023.

No, you cannot participate in the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2023 without paying the registration fee or registering.

No, race day tee is not offered to anyone participating in the TMM 2023 Virtual Event.

No. Participation in the TMM 2023 virtual event will not be considered for the Procam Slam.

No, the timing certificate of virtual race will not be considered for applying in on-ground events.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Yes, you can register for both the formats in the same race category and if confirmed, run on the same day, although for virtual race category, you will only be tracked via TMM App. Further, only those participants registered for on-ground categories will have access to the official TMM race routes during the official run period on Sunday, 14th and 15th January 2023. Virtual runners must avoid running on the official route during the run period.

Yes, you can login with the same email id and proceed to the virtual race category section, pay and register in case you have already registered for on-ground race category previously.

No, you don’t need to upload your COVID-19 vaccination certificate for applying in the virtual event. However, you are advised to follow all COVID-19 protocols advised by the Central and respective State/City authorities during your practice and final run.

TMM App will be available for download on both Android and IOS devices. We will inform all virtual participants via email once it is available for download.

Complete your registered race any day between 14th January (00:01 hrs) & 15th January 2023 (till 23:59 hrs) after selecting the TMM Race button on the TMM App, that will count towards your final results for the TMM virtual event.

No, you are required to participate in the TMM 2023 Virtual Event from the comfort of your location/vicinity using only the dedicated TMM App. Please avoid using the official race route during your final run.

You can run, walk, jog to complete your registered distance. Cycling, treadmill & wheelchair activities and activities with unusual pace are not allowed and such non-permitted activities will be disqualified.

Practice Run option will be available on the TMM App. Dates when practice runs can commence will be intimated on the website and on social handles – keep visiting these sites for regular updates.  During practice runs, you will be able to attempt the distance chosen multiple times – it’s important you get accustomed to the APP and check mobile network connectivity before attempting the actual run on 14th/15th January 2023. Once you complete the distance that you have registered for, it gets automatically submitted to our system. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

While only TMM App tracking data shall be considered for your TMM ranking and timing results, there may be timing / distance mismatch of your completed race between TMM App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TMM App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to  TMM.appsupport@procam.in  and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

No, you will not be able to sync your wearable device with the TMM app. In case of any timing/distance mismatch of your completed race between TMM App and any other app or wearable device. In such scenarios, depending on the discrepancy, we will accept the GPX file of the other distance tracking app to validate the same. All you need to do is to send the TMM App screenshot, along with the GPX file of another distance tracking app to tmm.appsupport@procam.in  and the team will get back to you in 48-72 working hours.

If the TMM app crashed during your run, you can resume using the app and the app will continue as required.

No. Runners are provided with just one chance to complete their run between 14th January (00:01 hrs) & 15th January 2023 (till 23:59 hrs), using TMM App. The race distance chosen must be completed at one go (without any breaks). In case any breaks are taken for any reason, the elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

Maximum allowed duration is 24 hrs to complete the race, or before 11:59 pm on Sunday, 15th January 2023.

Yes. You can pause as many times as required. The elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time. 

No, you don’t need to send us your clocked time to get your post-race gratification. On verification, all gratifications will appear under “ my profile” section on the Tata Mumbai Marathon website.

The app auto stops when you finish your run.

You can recharge your phone and continue your run. The elapsed time from the start to the distance completion will be taken into account as the race time.

No. treadmill activities will not be considered.
