i was 87kg in 2014 so started Running and got target of 59 kg in a year,,, from 2015 till now able to maintain same weight and living healthy life .

in these years i did 161km run , 72km run twice, 50k twice, 9 FM , 49 HM & many 10k..

also did cycling BRM SR Series Three time ,,
