Group / Corporate Registration

GROUP / CORPORATE APPLICATION

Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Marathon, Half Marathon, Open 10k, Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability categories. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries across these run categories to comprise a group.

  •  Online Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the on-ground participative category.
    • Point of contact of the group/ corporate (POC) to fill the pre-requisite form here or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the each race category, mentioning the group name.
    • Post submission of the group/corporate pre-requisite form, the POC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members. 
    • On making online payment, POC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in group/corporate details.
    • On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the POC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form). 
    • The TATA Mumbai Marathon registration team will email POC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.
    • All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
    • By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground selected race category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for a NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
    • Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available at the TATA Mumbai Marathon 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
    • Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for TATA Mumbai Marathon 2023 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 31st August 2022.
    • Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their POC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running number bib from the TATA Mumbai Marathon Expo separately.
    • All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
  • Online Group Registration Process where individual team members/employees will be paying their own entry fees for the on-ground participative category.

The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground race category at the TATA Mumbai Marathon 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
    • All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.
  • Physical Forms
    • All members of a group must fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.
    • Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favor of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.”.
    • Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a copy of PAN card of the company/NGO/any other entity, in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/any other entity as per the format mentioned covering letter
      • Name of the group.
      • Total Number of entries to be submitted
      • Details of Payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/Cheque/DD/Card Payment, date of purchase, amount, bank details in case of Cheque/DD submitted.
      • Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the company/entity/NGO.
      • GST Number of the company/entity/NGO to raise an invoice
      • State Name and State Code to raise an invoice
    • Post submission of the above given documents, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s postal address mentioned in the covering letter here.
    • Deposit application forms along with requisite application fees and covering letter at our Registration office, (timing: 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday). For office details, please contact us on +91 80 41739955 (Mon to Sat, 10 am to 7 pm) or email at tatamumbaimarathon@procam.in.
    • Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted.
